I picked this up at a vintage store a couple years ago and am pretty sure it's handmade. It has a full skirt and two large white buttons at the waist. I had it hanging on my wall for a while but nothing else... it's a bit too cutesy for me which is a shame since it fits so well. I've never seen anything like it anywhere and it's definitely a unique piece! The round flowers are way too adorable. Click on the picture to see a bigger version!
