This is actually a very recent purchase (see it worn here) but I kind of changed my mind about keeping it. It's a bit short on me since I'm so tall and it may be best for someone smaller. It feels very delicate and has a lot of fabric since it is a full skirt! The smocked waist also comes in handy and has a good amount of stretch. I haven't seen this in stores recently so don't miss out!
