This is definitely something I would imagine a seasoned professor wearing on campus except updated for women! The sleeves are easily pushed or rolled up for a 3/4 look and even have elbow pads. I remember at one point doing an ebay search for navy blazers with gold buttons and always ending up disappointed because they would go for $70+!
