This is actually a vintage Banana Republic XL shirt which works well as part of an oversized look. It's long enough to be worn as a tunic with tights or leggings underneath but also works well with jeans. Just cinch it at the waist with a belt for a chic look or leave it open as an oversized jacket of sorts.
